I am very happy with my haircut from Lindsey at the N. Durango shop today. It has been far too long getting sup par service. I am glad I went there. I checked in online and was able to walk right in and Lindsey was ready for me, no wait.

This Sports Clips is understaffed quite often. Today when I signed in the 'wait time' was 57 min, but quickly grew to over 2 hours! There were only 3 stylists on duty! Sorry, but there are too many other places to get a haircut.

I have used this Sports Clip since it opened. Have purchased lots of products there even thought I could get them cheaper elsewhere. Really like the capabilities of the mobile app and call in to get on the waiting list, but when the staff put other people that were not on the waiting list ahead of those on the list saying that had called in and they forgot to put their names on the list is not right. I have send this happen numerous time. Today it happened to me by the manager no less, Desiree. If they can’t remember to put the name on the then they shouldn’t accept call in and make everyone use the app. Of yes half of them don’t put their names on the app. Guess they don’t won’t any returning customers. I am moving on to another store. I love the MVP’s, but there are other stylists as good as Desiree. ??? Manger capabilities. Follow the rules.
